ABSTRACT
This report evaluates the short-term response of vegetation at the Williamson River Delta to the restoration of hydrologic processes. The Nature Conservancy (TNC) has been restoring hydrologic processes at the delta since 1998 through managed flooding and breaching sections of levee. Native wetland species now dominate the restored areas, particularly in areas that are hydrologically reconnected to their adjacent water bodies.
