ABSTRACT
The 7,000 acre Williamson River Delta is a Nature Conservancy wetland restoration project. Establishing native wetland vegetation in the restored wetlands is an integral component of the project's restoration goals. A vegetation monitoring program established across the delta in 2000 tracks the response of vegetation to hydrologic restoration. This report summarizes changes in vegetation from 2003-2006 in areas where levees were breached and are seasonally flooded.
