The Steering Committee is the guiding body for the Mat-Su Salmon Partnership,ensuring that the Partnership follows guidelines set forth by the National Fish Habitat Action Plan and achieves goals set out in the Strategic Action Plan.  Committee members actively seek and encourage partner participation and support partner projects through endorsements for funding, technical assistance, and recommendations for collaboration and funding sources.  The Steering Committee typically meets on the 2nd Tuesday of odd-numbered months from 1:30 - 4:00 at the Mat-Su Borough offices.
