Can we engage real (conservation) sites and strategies as case studies? Are there adequate human resources to deliver the training and connect the real places? Will university provide financial support/resources to students? Select a target or strategy where you want to work and make sure universities are an appropriate partner there Are institutions willing to make a long term commitment (to enable cycle of adaptive management to be followed)? Will universities engage a range of disciplines/schools in process? Will universities embrace the more technical level practitioner? Teachers/professors should be trained as coaches Can university be a partner in evaluating effectiveness of CAP and/or exploring and promoting new CAP innovations?
