Removing the searching and the action to do it. So easy that I wouldn’t leave it at the bottom of my to-do list. A person functioning like a librarian. - A person trained in information collection, storage and retrieval. The person could then direct people to the self-serve tools and directories so next time he can do it himself. Three options: Call a person, look in a book, or look on a website. Metadata. Metadata on all information that we upload. GIS requires it and it is a standardized process so I do it. Search functions don’t give me the best answers.
