DESCRIPTION
Full title: Estimation of density and population size and recommendations for monitoring trends of Bahama Parrots on Great Abaco and Great Inagua. We collected point-transect survey data (distance sampling) to estimate density (number/unit area) and population size (number in surveyed area and survey region) of Bahama parrots on the islands of Abaco (northern Bahamas) and Inagua (southern Bahamas) in 2002-2004. Recommendations are given for monitoring population trends.
