I am looking for some good examples of CAP Team Charters and work plans. Has anyone created charters for their CAP teams that details the roles and responsibilities of the members, decision making process and authority and other rules of engagement? Also, I'd like to see any work plans used to manage/pace the CAP process. How did you structure the work load and over what time period? What software did you use to develop a work plan? How useful was it in helping your team meet their goals in a timely manner?
