• Conservation Measures Working Papers One (Clarifying measures questions and terminology) and Two (Investing in monitoring strategy effectiveness) are now available in English, Spanish, Portugues and Bahasa.  Find them in the left column of the Strategy Effectiveness Measures Page. (June 2010)
• Four new case studies sharing methods and lessons learned pertaining to monitoring and adaptive management are now available. (April 2010)
• Monitoring Training.  Visit our regularly updated page listing in-person and online Monitoring Training Opportunities.  (April 2010)
• A Measures Summit Summary Presentation is available on the Strategy Effectiveness Measures Page of the Gateway.   Attendees can use this presentation to share their experience with others.  Those who did not attend can read through the slide notes to learn what occured during the 3-day workshop.    View the presentation. • Monitoring Bibliography. A selected list of recommended readings on monitoring has been put together for your reference.  Articles and books on this list are annotated and have links to either the resource itself or a full abstract. (December 2009)
• Conservation Measures Case Study Podcasts.  Four of your colleagues share thier experience developing and implementing measures via podcasts now available on the new Stories From the Field page.   (November 2009)
• New Conservation Measures Working Paper now available. As part of a working paper series created through a collaboration of Conservation Science & Conservation Programs in The Nature Conservancy, Improving Conservation Practice by Investing in Monitoring Strategy Effectiveness is now available. (July 2009)
• In October 2009, 25 teams will be gathering at the second Conservation Measures Summit to help advance measures across the organization.  You can learn more at the Measures Summit Workspace. (July 2009)
• China SEM Training Workshop will be held in Beijing, China July 7-8, 2009. Participants can find workshop materials and information in a SharePoint site soon. (July 2009)
• Austrailia SEM Training Workshop will be held in Kalgoorlie, Australia, July 28-30, 2009. Participants can find workshop materials and information in a SharePoint site soon. The main project invited to the training is the Gondwana Land Link (diverse strategies). (June 2009).

• The Nature Conservancy's Conservation Measures Business Plan has been completed and released. The document outlines a plan for implementing an organization-wide Conservation Measures Program. (February 2009)
