CAP Coaches at the Climate Clinic
An early goal of the Climate Clinic was to develop the skills of CAP coaches in addressing climate changes, for the benefit of the individuals and to the benefit of their local projects — but also as a resource to the work of The Nature Conservancy more broadly. These coaches are now a source of support and help to all of us as we go forward with developing strategies to adapt to climate changes.
In the planning and execution of this event — we had 50 CAP coaches participate. There were coaches working as facilitators in each class, and others who participated on individual teams. The coaches were involved in much of the planning and preparation work done prior to the Clinic.
