Clinic Project Proposal: Nevada & Utah Mts, UT & NV

DESCRIPTION

Two Great Basin landscapes adjacent to the Nevada-Utah border will form this project: North Schell Creek Range in the Ely Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and the Grouse Creek Mountains-Raft River Mountains in the northwest corner of Utah. Both of these basin and range landscapes have classic zonal Great Basin (and a small portion of Columbia Plateau vegetation in Utah) vegetation spanning from mixed salt desert scrub to alpine.
