Central Appalachian Forest Ecoregional Conservation Plan contains the results of a first iteration ecoregional plan, conducted between 1999 and 2001. The draft plan report was distributed in February 2001.

The Central Appalachian Forest Plan is a first iteration, a scientific assessment of the ecoregion. The draft report that was distributed in hardcopy for comment in February 2001 is included here. No updates were made to that version.

The plan report is a PDF document, formatted to aid in browsing it online. It includes all appendices. The document will open in Acrobat Reader. Central Appalachian Ecoregional Plan.
