DESCRIPTION
The Nature Conservancy's environmental flow training programs explain how to manage water in a way that provides water for people while maintaining the integrity of the underlying freshwater ecosystem that the water comes from. Our courses are designed for biologists, aquatic ecologists, hydrologists, water managers and others seeking sustainable water management solutions. Each course is highly interactive and will include lectures, small group exercises, software tutorials, group projects, and discussions. Please see attached flyer for more information and contact Nicole Silk by mail (c/o The Nature Conservancy, 2424 Spruce Street, Suite 100, Boulder, Colorado 80302), telephone (303-541-0341) or email (nsilk@tnc.org) for a price list and to discuss customization to meet your specific needs. We look forward to helping you and sharing with you what we have learned in diverse ecological, hydrological, social, and political setting around the world.
