DESCRIPTION
This report provides an overview of the expected changes to climate in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes regions and the expected responses of freshwater and coastal systems to these changes. The report then provides an ooverview of a range of adaption tools and techniques that can be used to protect and restore the resiliency of these systems so that they are better able to adapt and respond to expected climate changes.
