The 2nd draft of the Project Operational Manual incorporating comments from the 2nd regional workshop and based on the individual technical assessments ( Marine Protected Area Specialist, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and Trust Fund Development Specialist also the Social Development , Environmental safeguards, Institutional assessments ), organised and formatted according to World Bank guidelines including an 18-month procurement and annual work plan.
