DESCRIPTION
Projects and programs throughout the Conservancy are realizing that because of the dynamic nature of water and its relevant socio-political context, succeeding in our freshwater conservation efforts requires that we work at a much larger scale and scope. Come and learn about how some programs have made this leap and the challenges that they face in realizing their vision. These presentations will utilize personal stories to help convey the potential of this work and its significance to the people working in these geographies. Michael Reuter (TNC) - Mississippi River (USA), Taylor Hawes (TNC) - Colorado River (USA), Kim Lutz (TNC) - Connecticut River (USA), Ryan Luster (TNC) - Sacramento River (CA, USA).
