DESCRIPTION

The Conservancy now has very solid freshwater expertise and experience within its workforce. However, this capacity is not evenly spread throughout our organization. Today, significant enthusiasm and willingness exists for deploying our capacity in a more strategic manner but how do we do that? Come and learn about some recent adventures in staff deployments and the program for fulfilling more of these needs through brief presentations from a wide range of staff. Speakers include Jolie Sibert (TNC) and Diedre Paterno Pai (TNC) - structuring a program for Conservancy-wide use, Colin Apse (TNC) and Aurelio Ramos (TNC) - sharing capacity between EUSCR and NTA/SACR, Michael Looker (TNC) and Robert Wigington (TNC) - sharing capacity between GFT and TNC Australia, David Banks (TNC) - sharing capacity between New Mexico and Africa, (TNC) or Chris Pague (TNC) and Russell Leiman (TNC) - sharing capacity between Colorado and Mongolia.
